Who you are actually booking with
Every departure on this site is sold on GetYourGuide and run by a named Finnish operator, Arctic GM Experiences, Wild about Lapland, ToTheNorth, Beyond Arctic, BookLapland, AMG Travel, Arctic Aurora Experience or Uncle Alex Travel. The operator drives the van, hands out the grips and lights the fire. The platform takes your payment, sends your voucher and holds the cancellation terms.
That means a question about pickup time, a dietary request or a refund goes to them, not to us. The confirmation email names the right party.
What the commission does not buy
Order on the comparison page follows review weight and what the listings contain, not what pays best. The declared pick names the measurable reason it wins, so you can disagree with it using the same table.
Where a listing omits something, no ice grips, no overalls, no hotel pickup, a snack rather than a lunch, that omission is printed next to its price. A comparison that hid it would be worth less to you than the commission is to us.
